We are seeking a Dietary Manager to oversee operations in our kitchen.
Location: Brunswick, GA
Responsibilities (not all-inclusive)
- Staffing;
- Managing staff in proper food preparation and handling techniques;
- Food ordering;
- Food preparation;
- Food delivery;
- Clean-up;
Pay Rate:
- $20 - $25/hour - depending upon experience
Requirements:
- High school diploma;
- Valid driver's license with no significant violations;
- Must meet all health requirements, including TB and drug screen;
- Must pass a criminal background check;
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment;
- Previous dietary experience in a long-term care setting required;
- Meets the following requirements:
a Certified Dietary Manager; or a Certified Food Service Manager; or have a similar national certification for Food Service Management and Safety from a national certifying body; or have at a minimum an associate’s degree in Food Service Management or in Hospitality if the course study includes Food Service or Restaurant Management, from an accredited institution of high learning
