Are you interested in becoming a Certified Nursing Assistant or enrolled in school to become a CNA? Join our team of Resident Assistants and gain your hands on experience with the possibility of being hired on as a CNA after passing your certification exam.
We’re looking for career-oriented people who want a career in long-term care. Once you are enrolled in a CNA program, RCSG will pay for your classes and provide you with all the support you need to encourage you to do your absolute best. Your repayment to RCSG will be a 1-year work agreement as a Certified Nurse Assistant.
Ideal applicants must be able to pass a drug screen, and criminal background check. Your exact duties would be developed and based on your assignment and needs with focus on achieving your Essential Job Results.
Location: Tifton, GA
The Responsibilities (not all inclusive):
· Nail care
· Shaving residents as needed
· Making beds
· Organizing and keeping rooms tidy
· Changing bed linens – routine weekly change
· Answer call lights quickly
· Keep water and ice available to the resident
· Serve meals
The Requirements:
- High School diploma or equivalent;
- Must be able to work weekends and holidays as needed;
- Ability to meet all health requirements, including a drug screen.
- Ability to pass a criminal background check.
- Must in enrolled in a Certified Nurse Assistant program
- Must sign a 1-year work contract
