 Job Title:  eCommerce Manager TATP

Summary:  This position will provide leadership to the organization covering all Ecommerce business and mainly focusing on Sales & Marketing for our ticket printing and event wristband business. The ECommerce manager will be responsible for motivating and developing the team while teaching them the intricacies of building the department for long-term growth. The Ecommerce Manager will maintain existing business with current clients, grow business relationships with current clients and assist in bringing new clients on board while helping all clients to better understand the full potential of our products and act as the liaison between the client and customer service. The Ecommerce Manager will manage and maintain all vendor relationships, including but not limited to Amazon, eBay, TATicketPrinting.com, Eventwristbands.com, CustomizedWristbands.com, Amazon, eBay, Etsy.  The successful candidate will also be responsible for collaborating with different workgroups and departments to improve customer support programs and enhance customer satisfaction.  We need someone who is self-motivated and entrepreneurial thinking, make decisions quickly and in the most efficient way.

 Responsibilities include but not limited to:

·         Forecasting and driving sales online and in person sales.

·         Analytics for tracking and reporting sales across all digital platforms.

·         Management of revenue and expense budgets

·         Provide guidance for alignment with digital marketing which includes e-newsletters and other marketing collateral generated to maintain and grow sales

·         Daily management of TATP team members made up of 2 full-time and 2 part-time

·         Customer relationship management which includes daily interaction via phone and/or emails

·         Process & print ticket orders – TATicketPrinting.com, Eventwristbands.com, customizedWristbands.com, Amazon, eBay, Etsy

·         Quality control

·         Handling all clients’ escalated issues

·         Processing quotes, orders and invoices through Quickbooks. Responsible for cash-drawer walk-up sales; billing; chargebacks and purchase orders;

·         Maintaining wristband and ticket inventory (including raffle tickets and will call envelopes) and stock of packing & shipping supplies

·         Reordering of collateral for packages – business cards, thank-you stickers, postcards

·         Work closely with the technical team on any thermal ticket printer issues

·         Management of three eCommerce platforms: Core Commerce, BigCommerce and Spree Commerce.


Skills necessary to perform this job well:

·         Experience with an eCommerce platform such as Core Commerce, Shopify, Magento, BigCommerce or Spree Commerce

·         Strong eCommerce affinity in former professional career and ideally education.

·         Self-motivated; able to work both independently to complete tasks and respond to department requests, as well as collaborating with others to utilize resources and knowledge of others in identifying quality solutions.

·         Excellent business acumen and judgment with strong strategic planning experience.

·         Demonstrate entrepreneurial and creative spirit with the balance of business logic and drive.

·         Strong market knowledge (competitors, pricing, products, trends)

·         Strong, creative problem solving and effective decision-making skills and be able to resolve elevated issues

·         Positive leadership

 The Basics

  • At least three (3) years of relevant work experience

  • BA Degree required

  • Multi-tasking superstar eager to wear many hats to provide the best service to our clients

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
