Resident Assistant

We’re looking for career-oriented people who want a career
in long-term care. Ideal applicants must be able to pass a drug screen, and
criminal background check. Your exact duties would be developed and based on your
assignment and needs with focus on achieving your Essential Job Results.
The Responsibilities (not all inclusive):

Nail care
·
Shaving residents as needed
·
Making beds
·
Organizing and keeping rooms tidy
·
Changing bed linens – routine weekly
change
·
Answer call lights quickly
·
Keep water and ice available to the
resident
·
Serve meals
The Requirements:
- High School diploma or equivalent;
- Must be able to work weekends and holidays as needed;
- Ability to meet all health requirements, including a
drug screen.
- Ability to pass a criminal background check.
