Facilities Maintenance Manager

We’re looking for a Facilities Maintenance Manager to join our team of dedicated healthcare professionals! The Facilities Maintenance Manager is accountable for ensuring that the facility is well maintained and provides residents and staff a comfortable and clean environment to live and work. The Facilities Maintenance Manager adheres to our customer service philosophy by providing excellent customer service to Residents and their Families, and Team Members.

Location: Perry, GA

The Responsibilities:

·         Plans, coordinates and manages the maintenance department

·         Supervises work activities of maintenance specialist to ensure safe conditions in the facility;

·         Directs and supervises scheduling of employees within established guidelines;

·         Understands, complies with and promotes all rules and regulations regarding safety and residents’ rights; promotes positive relationships with residents, visitors, and regulators, to include presenting a professional appearance;

·         Adheres to the Company’s Code of Conduct and Corporate Compliance policy, including documentation and reporting responsibilities;

·         Attends and participates in educational activities, in-service training, and staff meetings;

·         Participates in Quality Improvement activities as assigned;

·         Other duties as assigned or needed.

Pay Range:

  • $24.00 - $30.00 per hour depending on experience

The Requirements:

·         Ability to meet all health requirements, including a drug screen.

·         Ability to pass a criminal background check.

·         Maintenance experience required
