Job Title: Part Time Customer Experience Representative
to: Manager – Customer Experience
Great job for someone who is retired or an in town college student.
If you are looking for a long term part time position, Ticket
Alternative currently has several openings for Customer
Experience Representatives in our customer experience call center. If you love live events, you are a good
listener, you pay attention to the smallest of details and genuinely enjoy
helping others, this is the job for you! The hours for these positions vary from 15 to 20 hours per week and during our busy times, the hours can increase to 20 -25 hours per week.
- Answer incoming calls, sell
tickets and provide help, suggestions, recommendations and advice to
- Make outbound calls informing
customers of event changes or cancellations.

provide customers with the best customer service in the business.

exhaustive. Other duties to be
assigned as needed.
Previous call center experience is beneficial, but full training
will be given.
An excellent telephone manner, a genuine interest in customer
service and solid computer skills are essential.
