We are currently seeking a hardworking, reliable, dependable, dynamic, highly motivated Administrative Assistant who desires to make a difference in the lives of our residents.

The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for, in collaboration with the administrator, managing the day to day operations of the business office in an organized, smooth and professional manner. The position responsibilities / duties include, but not limited to:

  • Handling of confidential material in a reliable manner;
  • Organizing and distributing general mail and corresponding as appropriate;
  • Assist the Admissions / Financial Services Coordinator with general clerical duties including copying, faxing, and mailing;
  • Assist with handling requests for information and data;
  • Assist with resolving administrative problems and inquiries;
  • Open, sort and distribute incoming correspondence;
  • Assist the Administrator with any general clerical duties;

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Ability to organize and maintain administrative documents;
  • Good written and verbal communication skills;
  • High School diploma or equivalent;
  • Ability to meet all health requirements, including a drug screen;
  • Ability to pass a criminal background check;
  • Prior administrative experience and strong computer skills are preferred;
