person to join our team as a Human Resources Assistant. The ideal applicant
will be hardworking, reliable, detail-oriented, dynamic, and high-motivated.
The Human Resources Assistant aids the
facility HRM with recruiting and onboarding of new employees. A successful HR Assistant will act as an employee
champion and change agent. The HR
Assistant formulates partnerships across the HR function to deliver value
added service to management and employees that reflect the business objectives
of the organization.
Location: Perry, GA
RESPONSIBILITIES (not all inclusive):

Answer HR telephone
calls
·
Attend off-site job
fairs
·
Plan and host
on-site job fairs (with CMM)
·
Recruiting
·
Data collection and
submission of weekly Open Positions Report
·
Data collection and
annual submission of EEO-1
·
E-Verify document
collection, processing and completion
·
Full cycle
recruiting using ATS in HRNext
·
Onboarding
·
Licensure verification
and tracking (CDM, CNA, LPN, RN, and NHA)
·
Certificate tracking
(Employee Health, Flu Shots, Hand in Hand, etc.)
·
Document management
KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS:

- Excellent verbal and written
communication skills
- Ability to develop strong
trusting relationships in order to gain support and achieve results.

Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA)
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

Experience in Human Resources is preferred
- Positive
attitude, ethics, and values which support company values and a healthy,
high-performance culture
- Ability
to use Microsoft software (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Experience
using Kronos timekeeping software is a plus
- Knowledge
of administrative and clerical procedures
- High
school diploma or G.E.D. required
- Relevant industry experience a
plus
