Job
Title: Business Development Manager
Summary:
This position will provide leadership to the organization
and management of a department of four. 50%
of the job duties will focus on growth strategy, daily management of the
department, management of current vendors and maintaining the existing customer
base while building new business relationships. 15% of the position will focus on the daily
involvement in increasing sales and management of Ecommerce platforms which include
but not limited to Amazon, eBay, TATicketPrinting.com, Eventwristbands.com,
CustomizedWristbands.com, Amazon, Etsy. 20%
of the Business Development Manager role will be responsible for customer
retention. The final 15% of the job will be working closely with the Digital
Marketing Partners and using analytics to build and implement a growth strategy
for the company. Additionally, collaborating with different work groups and
departments to improve customer support programs and enhance customer satisfaction
is key.
Our ideal candidate will be self-motivated, entrepreneurial
thinking, have the ability to make informed decisions quickly, is socially
adept, good with numbers and able to provide quality leadership to the team
members. Being creative is a plus and having industry knowledge and keep up
with the current external environment is a must.
Responsibilities include but not limited to:

Developing new business relationships
·
Maintaining existing client relationships and
re-engaging lapsed customer base.
·
Sales forecasting
·
Analytics for tracking and reporting sales
across all digital platforms.
·
Management of revenue and expense budgets
·
Build annual growth strategy
·
Work closely with outsourced Digital Marketing business
partners by providing guidance for alignment with digital marketing campaigns
which includes e-newsletters, paid search, SEO and other marketing collateral
generated to maintain as well as grow sales
·
Daily management of a team of 4.
·
Customer and vendor relationship management
·
Maintain involvement in the ticket processing
for customers who order through TATicketPrinting.com, Eventwristbands.com, customizedWristbands.com,
Amazon, eBay, Etsy
·
Manage quality control
·
Management of three Ecommerce platforms: Core
Commerce, BigCommerce and Spree Commerce.
Skills necessary
to perform this job well:
·
Experience with an Ecommerce platform such as
Core Commerce, Shopify, Magento, BigCommerce or Spree Commerce
·
Strong Ecommerce affinity in former professional
career and ideally education.
·
Self-motivated; able to work both independently
to complete tasks and respond to department requests, as well as collaborating
with others to utilize resources and knowledge of others in identifying quality
solutions.

Excellent business acumen and judgment with
strong strategic planning experience.
·
Demonstrate entrepreneurial and creative spirit
with the balance of business logic and drive.
·
Strong market knowledge (competitors, pricing,
products, trends)
·
Strong, creative problem solving and effective
decision-making skills and be able to resolve elevated issues
·
Positive leadership

3 – 5 years of relevant work experience
BA Degree required
Multi-tasking superstar eager to wear many hats to provide the
best service to our clients
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
