$3,000
❖ $500 paid
out on pay period after 90 days

Pay Range
- Base salary is $60,000 - $70,000 per year, depending on experience.
Responsibilities (not all-inclusive)
- Participates in the clinical patient assessment, development, and implementation of the nutritional plan of care for residents and patients;
- Visits residents to do initial nutritional screening obtaining food preferences to promote quality food service;
- Assists with the nutritional education of residents, and families;
- Works with Dietary Consultant to achieve quality food service and menu planning;
- Reviews regular and therapeutic diet orders to ensure they are served as prescribed and in accordance with the menu;
- Works closely with Kitchen Manager;
Requirements
- High school diploma;
- Valid driver's license with no significant violations;
- Must meet all health requirements, including TB and drug screen;
- Must be able to pass a criminal background check;
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment;
- Previous dietary experience in a long-term care setting preferred;
MUST meet one of the following requirements:
- MUST have at least 1 Year of Food Service Management Experience; or
- MUST be Certified Dietary Manager; or
- MUST be a Certified Food Service Manager; or
- MUST have a similar national certification for Food Service Management and Safety from a national certifying body.
