It is our mission at Summerhill Senior Living Community, to keep all of our sweet vulnerable residents safe! We are seeking dedicated, and qualified RN Charge Nurse! The ideal applicant will be hardworking, reliable, detail-oriented, dynamic, and high-motivated.  

Hiring Bonus

Hired between 09.15.24 – 12.21.24

Charge Nurses (LPNs & RNs) - $5,000

v  $1,000 paid out on pay period after 30 days

v  $2,000 paid out on pay period after 90 days

v  $2,000 paid out on pay period after 180 days


Location: Perry, GA

Status

  • Full-Time
  • Part-Time
  • PRN

Shift

  • 7AM - 7PM
  • 7PM - 7AM

Pay Range

RN: $29.00 - $33.00 per hour based on experience 

  • $2.00 Shift Differential (all shifts)
  • $2.00 Additional Weekend Shift Differential


Responsibilities (not all-inclusive)

  • Ensuring that the residents are comfortable and ensuring their satisfaction with medical care and personal attention they receive.
  • Ensuring family satisfaction of our resident care.
  • Maintaining accurate documentation of care given.
  • Maintaining professionalism at all times.
  • Ensuring that tasks are completed in a timely and satisfactory manner.

Requirements

  • Possession of an active and valid Georgia RN license which is in good standing OR an active and valid unencumbered multistate nursing license that is in good standing
  • Ability to meet all health requirements, including a drug screen.
  • Ability to pass a criminal background check.
  • Prior long-term care experience is preferred but not required.
