GraceMore Nursing & Rehab is seeking a full-time Administrative Assistant – COVID Operations. This position will be assisting with the facility’s COVID response in varying capacities. The ideal applicant will be hardworking, reliable, detail-oriented, dynamic, and high-motivated.
Location: Brunswick, GA
RESPONSIBILITIES (not all-inclusive)
⦁ Provide general administrative support including but not limited to printing, scanning, uploading documents, data entry, and documentation into electronic medical records
⦁ Perform other duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS
⦁ High school diploma or equivalent;
⦁ Prior experience in clerical/general office, including typing, filing, sorting, printing, scanning, and records maintenance is preferred;
⦁ Strong computer, customer service, and communication (written and verbal) skills are preferred;
⦁ Ability to wear full PPE (Personal Protected Equipment) and practice social distancing of at least 6 feet apart when applicable;
⦁ Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multi-task;
⦁ Must be proficient in keyboarding, grammar, and spelling;
⦁ Must meet all health requirements, including TB and drug screen;
⦁ Must pass a criminal background check;
