Certified Nursing Assistant [$1,500 HIRING BONUS]

It is our mission at the Rehabilitation Center of South Georgia (RCSG), to keep all of our sweet vulnerable residents safe! We are seeking dedicated, and qualified Certified Nursing Assistants! The ideal applicant will be hardworking, reliable, detail-oriented, dynamic, and high-motivated.  

$1,500 Hiring Bonus

Any CNA hired between November 17th, 2020 and November 30th, 2020 will receive a $1,500 hiring bonus that will be paid out in the following manner:

  • $750 paid out on pay period after 30 days
  • $750 paid out on pay period after 90 days

Status

  • Part-Time

Shift

  • 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM
  • 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM

Base Rate Pay Range

  • $9.75 - $11.00 per hour depending upon experience

Shift Diff

Week

  • 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM Base Rate + $1.00 per hour
  • 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM Base Rate + $2.00 per hour
  • 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM Base Rate + $2.00 per hour

Weekend

  • 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM Base Rate + $2.00 per hour
  • 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM Base Rate + $2.00 per hour

Responsibilities are to provide each of our assigned residents’ with routine daily nursing care and services in accordance with the needs of the resident and the care plan. Your exact duties would be developed and based on your assigned resident’s needs and the care plan. With the care we provide being resident-centered, your duty list is very individualized and will change when your resident’s change.

Qualifications

  • Prior long-term care experience is preferred but not required
  • Valid and active Georgia CNA certification that is in good standing on the GA CNA Registry is required
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Compassionate and friendly demeanor
  • Understanding of confidentiality obligations
  • Ability to pass a criminal background check and meet all health requirements including a urinary drug screen
