Clinical Dietary Manager

It is our mission at Rockmart Health, to keep all of our vulnerable residents safe! We are seeking a dedicated, and qualified Clinical Dietary Manager! The ideal applicant will be hardworking, reliable, detail-oriented, dynamic, and high-motivated. The general purpose of the Dietary Manager is to oversee the operations in our Dietary Department.  

Hiring Bonus

Any applicant that is hired by 04.25.2021 for the CDM position will receive a $5,000 hiring bonus that will be paid out in the following installments:

  • $3,000 paid out on the pay period after 30 days
  • $1,000 paid out on the pay period after 90 days
  • $1,000 paid out on the pay period after 180 days

Pay Range

  • $18.00 - $25.00 per hour depending upon experience

Responsibilities (not all-inclusive)

  • Staffing;
  • Managing staff in proper food preparation and handling techniques;
  • Food ordering;
  • Food preparation;
  • Food delivery;
  • Clean-up;


  • High school diploma;
  • Valid driver's license with no significant violations;
  • Must meet all health requirements, including TB and drug screen;
  • Must pass a criminal background check;
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment;
  • Previous dietary experience in a long-term care setting preferred;

MUST meet one of the following requirements:

  • a Certified Dietary Manager; or
  • a Certified Food Service Manager; or
  • have a similar national certification for Food Service Management and Safety from a national certifying body; or
  • have at a minimum an associate‚Äôs degree in Food Service Management or in Hospitality if the course study includes Food Service or Restaurant Management, from an accredited institution of high learning
