Job Title: Seasonal Part Time Customer Experience Representative

Season Dates: November 4, 2019 thru January 4, 2020

Hours: 15 – 20 hours per week

Reports to:  Manager – Customer Experience

If you are looking for a seasonal part time position, Ticket Alternative is currently interviewing for Seasonal Part Time Customer Experience Representatives in our Call Center.  If you love live events, you are a good listener, you pay attention to the smallest of details and genuinely enjoy helping others, this is the job for you!  The hours for these positions vary from 15 to 20 hours per week.

Responsibilities:

  • Answer incoming calls, sell tickets and provide help, suggestions, recommendations and advice to customers.

  • Make outbound calls informing customers of event changes or cancellations.

  • Provide web site assistance to users.

  • Answer event questions and provide customers with the best customer service in the business.

  • Additional daily duties include printing, fulfilling and mailing of tickets and other tasks related to customer service.

  • This list is not exhaustive.  Other duties to be assigned as needed. 

 Qualifications:

  • Previous call center experience is beneficial, but full training will be given.

  • An excellent telephone manner, a genuine interest in customer service and solid computer skills are essential.
