We’re looking for a
Patient Care Coordinator- RN Supervisor to join our team of dedicated
healthcare professionals!
Location: Brunswick, GA
Hiring Bonus
Hired between 11.14.25 – 12.31.25
$7,500
$2,000 paid out with First Check
$2,000 paid out on pay period after 90 Days
$1,500 paid out on pay period after 6 Months
$2,000 paid out on pay period after 1 Year
*Bonus offer applies to Full Time employment with 1 Year Agreement (facility transfers are excluded).
Status
Shift
- 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM Monday-Friday
New Pay Rates
- Up to $43/hour depending upon experience
Responsibilities (not all-inclusive)
- Guide and participate in the execution of the Mission,
Vision, and Values of our company
- Lead and manage the flow of the day-to-day care of the
residents
- Coordinate and manage new-resident admissions.
- Coordinate and oversee physician rounds.
- Perform resident chart audits.
- Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
- Possession of an active and valid Georgia RN or an
unencumbered multistate nursing compact license that is in good standing.
- Ability to meet all health requirements, including a
drug screen.
- Ability to pass a criminal background check.
- Prior long-term care experience is preferred but not
required.
